My dad had his 65th birthday on May 25th this year, so Jessica, Ryan, Nyah and I went out there to surprise him. We had a big BBQ for him that weekend where this picture was taken.

While we were in Edmonton, we took Nyah quite a few times to the indoor playground at Millenium Place. We don't have anything like it in Kelowna, and Nyah thought it was great!  

Nyah wanted to go and see this horse soooo badly, but when Ryan tried to put her in the sadle she flipped out and would have nothing to do with it! Oh well, maybe next year!

During our last trip out to Edmonton at the end of May, we went to the Story Land Valley Zoo. Nyah wasen't sure what to make of most of the animals there. It was the one time that it was hard to get her to stay out of her stroller!

Good friends of ours, Stu and Tobi came over for a BBQ one night. The guys decided that they were going to make "beer butt chicken", in the end there was lots of fire and smoke involved and the chicken was only somewhat edible!

Nyah and Grandma made this Easter bunny cake together, we could hardly take this picture before Nyah was picking off all the candies!
